The Imperial Komfort mattress is a double-sided anatomical mattress with a modern Air Stream ventilation system. It is made of a Pocket Spring 5-zone independent spring block, which ensures maximum anatomical orthopedic support. Each spring is placed in a separate non-woven fabric pocket. The Pocket Spring 5-zone system properly adapts to the five main areas of the body using springs of varying stiffness. The zoned spring block has different spring stiffnesses because different types of steel are used: hard springs in the lumbar area, softer springs in the shoulder and hip areas, and medium stiffness springs in the head and foot areas. This design provides individual support for the body, adapting to its structure and ensuring comfortable and healthy rest.
High-density SPUNBOND-PROTECT material is used as an insulating layer between the mattress fillings and the spring block. It reduces friction between the layers and protects the spring block from wear and tear. The spring block has zones of different firmness – a reinforced central part and softer zones for the head and feet, so the spine is naturally kept in the correct position.
One side of the mattress is covered with a layer of coconut fiber combined with natural latex. This hypoallergenic, biologically clean material gives the mattress firmness, distributes the load, and improves ventilation, preventing moisture accumulation. Coconut fiber also helps maintain an optimal sleeping temperature by removing excess heat and moisture.
The other side of the mattress is made of OXIGEN FOAM with a massage effect – a highly elastic polyurethane foam that adapts to the body. Formy Wave foam, with its unique wavy structure, improves the mattress’s ventilation, distributes weight and helps maintain correct spine alignment. The wave-shaped foam gently massages the body, stimulating blood circulation and reducing pressure on muscles and joints.
The mattress has surfaces of different hardness: one side is firm, with coconut fiber, and the other is medium firm, with a massage effect. The medium-firm side is suitable for colder nights, while the firmer side is better for summer.
The mattress cover is easy to remove thanks to the zipper around the entire perimeter, which allows for convenient maintenance and washing. Made of soft knitted fabric, the cover absorbs moisture well and maintains a heat balance in both cold and hot seasons. The sides are made of luxurious velour fabric, giving the mattress an elegant look.
